The Studio

All yarn is dyed in my small studio by my own 2 hands, I am a one woman show.  Dyer, Salesperson, Marketer, Shipper Etc Etc    and major coffee drinker!!

 

My Wool

The very exciting thing about hand dyed yarn is that it's unique. Every skein, even if they come from the same dye pot will have different qualities and that’s my fav part!

 

Washing

All yarn is thoroughly rinsed and washed before it is sent out. Please be aware that the first couple of times you handwash a finished garment there may be some bleeding. Pinks and reds definitely tend to bleed the most during the rinse cycle. If you wash and block your finished items, try using cold water so that the fibres pores don't open.

 

Payment

Payment of your order must be paid in full before we ship your item(s).  I accept PayPal, credit cards and Apple pay as payment for all items.

Upon placing your order, you will receive an email notification confirming it has gone through.  With paper use reduction in mind, I do not send invoices with your parcel, as it is with your confirmation.  Please email me with any questions on this matter.

 

Shipping

Please ensure that all information is filled in correctly - I ship to the address provided on your order.

All shipments are currently thru Canada Post, we have various options at checkout, please read the descriptions carefully. 

Local pick up or delivery is an option for the following areas: Cranbrook BC, Kimberley Bc, and possible surrounding area.   This option is for those who wish to drive to and pick up their order in Cranbrook BC or Kimberley BC. If you live in a different province, city and region you will be invoiced for shipping (unless we have discussed alternatives).  Email happyholmesfibrearts@hotmail.com before purchase with any questions on these areas. 

Pick up is from my home address and I pop packages in a specific spot for you. Once you have placed an order and chosen LOCAL PICK UP, please send me an email and let me know a date and time you would like to pick up your order.

 

Shipping Options

Canada – Canada post

Tracking is included in all Canadian shipments. (unless lettermail is selected at checkout) Please note that shipping fees are calculated at checkout directly from Canada Post. (Unless otherwise stated). The more rural you are, the higher the fees and this is because resources to get the package to you are far greater than those that live in urban cities.

REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS AND EXCHANGES

If you have a problem with your order, please, please contact me. I love what I do and Your happiness is important to me!   Full refunds will be issued if you choose to cancel your order before it has shipped. If the item has shipped and you wish to return it, it must still be sealed in original packaging (mailer included).

For this reason, if you have opened your package, the yarn is yours and can not be returned.

There are no refunds on shipping as this is an expense that neither of us can get back.

 

RETURNS:

We will only accept returns on items that are still in the original mailing package. This is so I can ensure that the product is the same condition as it was when it left my hands. If you have opened your package, it is not returnable.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Custom made to order items cannot be returned.

Additional non-returnable items:

Wearable Garments such as but not limited to Hats, Headbands, Scarves, Wraps etc.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to us without first contacting us.

 

EXCHANGES:

Please contact to discuss as this would be on a “case by case” basis

 

CUSTOM ORDERS:
